Introduction

Lexort Enterprises Limited operates in the Republic of Zambia as a Private Registered Company, Limited by Shares.  The company has a Share Capital of K 2,000,000.00 divided into 2,000 Shares of K 1,000.00 each.

The Company was registered in 1989. Its registered Office is situated on the Ground Floor, Century House, Cairo Road, Lusaka, Zambia.  
The Company has three Directors who constitutes as Share Holders of the Company. The Majority Share Holding being held by Mrs. Euphrasia M Mutanuka who is the Executive Director of the Organization.

Management

The Company has competent managerial Staff who are well qualified and possess managerial technical know how of retail trading.  Lexort Enterprises Limited has a number of staff with different qualifications, experience and background of suit the day to day operations of the Organization and promote better understanding of our locally and internationally based trading partners.

Our Company was recently rated one of the best and fast growing retail trading entity.  This has been so, due to the substantial ability and knowledge the company possesses to meet the customers' needs at any given time.

To compliment its small but elite staff Lexort Enterprises Limited maintains a database of, and net works with trading  partners and sub contractors whom it hires as need arises.  Staffing level is regularly reviewed to ensure that there is always expertise , so as not to compromise on trading quality delivery.

Operation

Lexort Enterprises Limited from its inception had embarked on retail trading of wide range of merchandise.  It has particularly gained its specialty in men's and women's wear.

The Company always ensures that it has enough stock to meet the customers' needs from time to time.

Lexort Enterprises Limited started with one small retail shop outlet.  It has grown to the level of currently having three retail outlets all located in strategic trading centers of the  City of Lusaka.

Sales
Sales have steadily improved from year to year. The company at present has recorded an Annual Sales Turnover of K1.2 Billion, net of Value Added Tax.

We are hoping for a further increase in the sales, as the market forces seem to be in our favour.  This sales trend has encouraged even the Share Holders to pass a resolution allowing the Management to plough back the Net Annual Profit in the business.

Future Plan
Management has embarked on an expansionist policy.  The plan shall be achieved through the extensive market research strategy that management will put in place soon.  By this plan, Management feels that three more outlets shall be opened within the country, and no doubt, the annual sales turnover will double.
