| Introduction |

The Future Search Programme was installed
by Management Systems International of Washington D.C. in
May 1993. The purpose of the programme was to
counsel and train retrenchees/retirees outplaced due to
privatization and down sizing of state owned enterprise,
government ministries and departments.
In this regard, Future Search Project
has the please in submitting a capability statement in
respect of conducting counseling and training programmes
for entrepreneurs.
The statement spells out Future Search
Programmes conceptual framework and detailed methodology
for undertaking counseling and training programmes.

Group
|

The target group comprises
those already in business, those intending to
go in to business and those looking for jobs.
The precise details of the
target group in terms of age, gender and
Business engaged in or preferred type, Job
title preferred type, Job title preferences,
etc, are obtained by Future Search Project
prior to commencement of the programme through
selection methodology in place which includes
one - on - one focused interview. This assist
to identify entrepreneurial of the programme
vis-a vis complexity / simplicity of subject
matter; language to be used during the
workshops and training needs, etc.

of the programme.

in areas / towns where participants are
located because identification of Business and
Job opportunities is done initially
