ADMISSION TO FIRST DEGREE
Any person shall be eligible
for admission to any course leading to a first degree in the
University if he/she: (a) Satisfies the General Entrance
Requirements of the University unless granted exemption in
accordance with Regulations.
GENERAL ENTRANCE
REQUIREMENTS
(a) Passes in at least five
subjects in the / ambian School Certificate. General
Certificate of Education or Cambridge Overseas School
Certificate chosen from an approved list.
ALTERNATIVE
QUALIFICATIONS
(a) Qualifications equivalent
to Zambian School Certificate of General Certificate of
Education and Cambridge Overseas School Certificate may be
accepted.
(b) A person holding a
two-year Diploma of the University or an Institution awarding
the Diploma in associate relationship with the University is
regarded as having satisfied the General Entrance
Requirements.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE
The Language of instruction
at the University is English. All candidates for admission are
expected to show evidence of proficiency in English language.

TO APPLY
The Registrars office
advertises in the national press every year, usually between
March and July, available academic programmes for that year
including those offered through Distance Learning.
