Brief Background
The Firm has been in existence since January 1994 in which period, a cross section of Clients have benefited
from our Quantity Surveying Services. They include Government, Quasi Government, Private Companies
both local and international and private individuals.

Quantity Surveying Services Offered
A Pre-Contract
Includes preparation of development appraisals: cost estimates; preparation of schedules of materials;
dilapidation reports; preparation of Bills of Quantities for new structures and alteration
and repair work and pricing the same, adjudication of tenders and preparation of contract forms.

B Post Contract
Includes surveying works in progress for demolitions, alterations, extensions and new works and
reporting for interim certificates, arbitrating disputes; cost control; auditing all time sheets,
delivery notes, invoices, checking rates of wages and cost of materials, preparing progressive statements of account,
making check measurements of principal materials used in the building in comparison with invoices,
and preparing of the final account.
