Manchinchi Bay Lodge has 30 rooms (1 VIP room, 6 double bedded rooms & 24 twin bedded rooms) which are fully air conditioned with private balconies, all of which have a magnificent view of Lake Kariba. Television sets in each room feature CNN/MNET International, Super Sport one and two. All rooms have telephone extensions.
The
rate for a VIP room is charged @ US$55 per person per night, A double bedded room (not sharing) is charged @ US$50.00 per person per night,
A single in a twin bedded room (not sharing) is charged @ $45.00 per person per night,
A room with a double bed sharing is charged @ $35.00 per person per night,
In a twin bedded room sharing is charged @ $30.00 per person per night.
Note that children sharing accommodation with parents charged 50% of the foil adult sharing rate (2-11 years). Infants (23 months) are not charged any fees. The above room rates are inclusive of:- Bed, 10% Service Charged and 17.5% VAT. Lunches / Dinner is charged @ $10.00 per person per meal (three-course meal).
Our Air Conditioned Conference Hall with sitting capacity of 16-70 people normal Style and 150 people Cinema Style with a raised platform of 10-15 people. The Conference Hall is charged @ $45.00:- per day. Tea/Coffee and cookies are charged @ $3.00:- per person for morning afternoon tea. Breaks. However, a cash bar is available with assorted beverages.
We
also have the following facilities to hire out when you are having a
seminar-:A Television set, which is charged @ $10.00:- per day and a videocassette Recorder for $5.00-: per day. Flipchart paper is available @ $1.00:- each.The Flipchart stand. Overhead Projector, Public Address System, Podium, Black Board and pieces of chalk are available for your use at no charge. Telephone extensions now are available in the rooms for your easy communication to anywhere at the Lodge and the world.
For
your sundown cruise on the Lake Kariba, the Lodge offers three boats
at the Following rates-:-The M.V Manchinchi Boat, which has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a cash bar and an upper Deck is charged @ $80.00 per hour with a maximum capacity of 28 passengers.
-The Bazooka Boat is charged @ $50.00 per hour with capacity of 8 passengers.
- The Speedboat is charged @ $40.00 per hour with capacity of 3 passengers.
Guests have access to our excellent swimming pool both for adults and children. Guests should have valid documents to go into Zimbabwe, Kariba Power Station and Visits to the Crocodile Farms. We provide Table Tennis Kits, a Chess Board, Scrabble and Volleyball Kits. We have A Dart Board but we don't have darts, which should be provided by you.
Other services such as Laundry, Alcoholic Beverages and Telephone bills will have to be settled at the lodge before checking out.

CANCELLATION POLICY
a) Reservations made for a group to travel and only few travel, if there is no Notice on any changes 24 hours prior to travel, a penalty fee will be charged On the rooms reserved and not occupied.
b) Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to travel, the refund to the customer is in full
c) Reservations cancelled 14 days of group arrival - 50% refund to the customer.
d) Reservations cancelled within 14 days of group arrival, no refund to the customer for the rooms booked.
