Manda Hill (in
Lusaka)
This is an ultra modern shopping
complex, the first of its kind in Zambia. With over 40
shops with a variety of products and services from local
and foreign companies. This place is an ideal location to
rest after a hard days work or to do that shopping before
you set of to discover, Lusaka and the Zambian wilderness.
Kabwata -
Cultural Village (in Lusaka)
The Cultural Village houses some of
the country's finest craftsmen. Their skill which enables
them turn a piece of wood into a perfect human work of art
will amaze even the most ardent artist/ art enthusiast.
Visit the Cultural Village to get a souvenir that will not
only remind you of your stay in Zambia but will be envied
by your friends and family for it's splendid appearance.
Livingstone (in
Livingstone)
The tourist capital of the country
has the majority of lodges/ camps and tour operators due
to the existence of one of the 7 (seven) wonders of the
world the mighty "Mosi-O-tunya", local for
"the smoke that thunders". The Victoria Falls is
a must see for a person visiting Zambia for the first
time, to leave Zambia without seeing this is a trip
incomplete. The Zambezi river and its basin offer the best
environment for game drives, boat cruises, fishing and
lots of other activities.
Lusaka Museum
(in Lusaka)
The history of the country lies in
this museum, some of the country's oldest artifacts are
displayed here. Some artifacts date as far back as the
stone age. To understand the people of Zambia and their
origins this museum is a must see especially if you intend
to travel into the rural setting.
Game Parks (All
over the country)
Zambia has about 4 game parks
scattered all over the country. Each of these game
reserves has an astonishing array of flora and fauna that
will capture your heart. The Kafue National Park
for instance has over 400 species of birds. In these game
parks you will find many lodges and camps providing
accommodation/ meals and game tours. Bookings must be made
in advance as the capacity of these lodges vary from 6 to
16 clients so they may be fully booked. Ensure you
make bookings through us or the lodge directly.
