Especially in the most crucial area - being prepared to take full responsibility.

Asset creation

Eskom Enterprises specializes in the construction of generation, transmission and distribution assets. From research, development and innovation through to design, engineering, procurement and project management our experience is diverse and all embrasive. Some of the biggest and most advanced power generation plants and some of the longest transmission networks in Africa have been built by us. As have some of the smallest. Along with guarantees from the material and equipment manufacturers, our work carries another guarantee of performance.

Asset Maintenance and Refurbishment

Too often, either age or improper maintenance impairs the effective operation of power plant and equipment - not to mention the wrong equipment being installed in the first place. At Eskom Enterprises we have a simple rule that respects the economic constraints felt by many of our customers: we will never replace what we cannot refurbish or waste what can be saved. Our maintenance programmes focus on discovering potential faults before they occur and predicting problems before they arise. We pride ourselves in being able to assess, measure and improve plant performance.
