Enterprises (Pty) Ltd
was formed in 1999 to carry out the
non-regulated electricity related
activities of Eskom in South Africa, and
all its other energy and related
activities outside South Africa. (Eskom
Enterprise structure)
Eskom
Enterprises is part of the Eskom Group and
as such is able to leverage a vast array
of core competencies in meeting the needs
of its customers. In addition it forms the
holding company for a number of
subsidiaries, all of which specialize in
providing products and services related to
the power industry in Africa and around
the world.
The
company focuses on enhancing productivity,
increasing efficiency and boosting the
profitability of its customers by working
actively and jointly with major
undertakings in the energy and related
services industries.
Being
part of the Eskom Group, Eskom Enterprises
has access to the vast resources, skills
and expertise of Eskom. In addition,
through the major financial resources and
international financial relationship
accrued through Eskom, it is able to bring
capital to projects as well as expertise,
initiative and complete understanding.
