VACATION TRAVEL DIVISION
Individuals interested in a local or foreign vacation destination can visit us for expert guidance from our team of travel consultants who are completely up to date with all the holiday packages on the market.

BUSINESS TRAVEL DIVISION
This division was established for business travelers who are sent by their employers on business trips to local or foreign destinations. We are fully aware that this kind of traveler requires an extremely prompt and professional service. Millennium Travel & Tours has created a division especially for these business travelers. Our primary aim with this division is to provide our business travelers with an extremely accessible and prompt service.

Our competent consultants keep themselves strictly up to date on all the special rates that can be used to the client’s advantage. Alternative routes are also devised to save costs. Our clients may therefore be assured that all possible options are explored before reservations are finalised.

GROUP TRAVEL DIVISION
This division supplies a specialised service to group travelers interested in either local or foreign group packages. This division is part of the vacation travel division, and our group of experts can create any large commercial package at excellent discount prices, be it for a holiday tour, incentive scheme or conference, according to the client’s needs, interests and budget.

2. PROFESSIONAL RESERVATION SERVICE WITHIN BUSINESS TRAVEL DIVISION

For the purposes of this submission, we will concentrate on the service range provided by our business travel division.

2.1 A dedicated travel consultant is assigned to each and every business account to provide a consistently accessible service.

In addition, regular contact is maintained at managerial and marketing level, whether by means of visits of telephone calls, to ensure a profitable relationship with the contact persons at the various companies and in order to remain in touch with all the needs of the traveler.

2.2 The Millennium Travel & Tours Bureau is already using the Galileo worldwide computer system with confidence.

2.3 Immediate (or as quick as possible) confirmation of international and local flight reservations. Our office is fully computerised and has the necessary SAA-SATAMARS reservation equipment.

2.4 Your air tickets for local and international trips are issued and delivered promptly to your delivery address.

2.5 The processing of all hotel bookings and the issue of all hotel booking vouchers in South Africa and worldwide. We also undertake to protect any corporate hotel discount from hotel groups you may be entitled to or to negotiate for such discount if you qualify for it.

With reference to international hotel bookings, we should like to mention that it is our practice for our expert staff to give you a choice of the three best rates available.

2.6 The processing of all care hire reservations by the car hire company of your choice and the protection of any discount you may be entitled to. We work very closely with all the major care hire companies and we can negotiate on your behalf for maximum benefits.

2.7 Processing of travel and medical insurance.

2.8 Assistance regarding all travel documentation necessary for international travel.

3. FOREIGN CURRENCY

The supply of foreign currency is par of the travel service provided by our business travel division. In this way we provide our international business travelers with a genuine one-stop travel service; they can arrange everything telephonically with us and then simply wait for the prompt delivery of all their travel documentation.

3.1 Delivery to the client’s office of traveler’s cheques, as requested, and/or in the Currency of the destination concerned!

3.2 Passport endorsements.

3.3 Documentation required by the Reserve Bank.

3.4 Completion of the necessary forms for the use of credit cards abroad.

3.5 The redemption of unused traveler’s cheques on the traveler’s return.
