MED Projects (Pty) Ltd is a Multidisciplinary Private Consultancy Firm incorporated in Botswana in June 2001 to provide Consultancy and Supervision Services in Architecture, Structural and civil Engineering and Construction.

As Consultants we provide timely advise and assist to our clients during all the stages of the construction project i.e. from inception to completion.  We also coordinate all the elements of the design (both in Architecture and Engineering) and construction processes and administer the Building Contract to the satisfaction of both the Client and Contractor.

The main Aims and Objectives of MED Projects is to provide Quality, Timely and well informed advice and services to our Clientele within and to include the following scope of services:

• Undertake feasibility Studies and preparing preliminary Technical Appraisals to enable the client to make informed decisions on the viability of intended projects.

• Assist Clients in formulation a Comprehensive Brief.

• Preparation off more detailed outline proposals to be able to advise on Budgetary Costs.

• Advising Clients on any major decisions to be taken regarding the development and Planning Approval.

• Advise and offer professional Architectural and Engineering Services to Clients.

• Provide Planning Advice regarding Large Scale Development and Change of land Use.

• Provide Cost Advice with regard to alternative form of investment in relation to Proposed by others.

• Offer Project management and cost Control Services for Projects initially developed by others.

• Provide Full Architectural Consultancy and Civil Engineering Consultancy Services to include detailed Design, preparation of Detailed Working Drawings and subsequent Supervision of Works on site.

• To Promote a cordial relationship between Developers and Contractors as Intermediate Link between the two.

• From time to time offers a Design and Build Package to Clients in our quest to provide a cost effective Form of Procurement to our Clients.

• Provides Clerk of Works Supervisory Services to Large Construction.
